Such a great practice! Dr. Bird and her staff are just wonderful. My daughter is 3 years old and need to have some fairly serious work done. She had a pretty bad cavity that needed to be filled and seal with a stainless steel cap. This required general anesthesia- as any parent this was unsettling for me. When I was a kid they never put us under, ultimately they would pull it or just numb it. During the whole process Cynthia, the office manager was so thorough- from the insurance part of it to the complete run down of the procedure. She provided a complete folder with the anesthesiologist information along with Dr. Gulati and her background. I was continuously informed and never had any surprise. A couple of days before the procedure my daughters pediatrician had concerns- her opinion only. Cynthia offered to have the anesthesiologist call me. I was so appreciate- talk about the extra mile here! The doctor called to go over what he would do and calmed my nervous. It truly was the best experience ever- going out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. We are new to the practice and I have been welcomed in the warmest ways. The ladies even at the front desk were so kind to offer me tissues as I sulked when they took my daughter in the back for her procedure. Its the little things like this that make a difference. Thank you so much! You guys were amazing!

My 2-year old had never been to the dentist before and the entire staff at Bird Dentistry was awesome with her. She was nervous at first but relaxed almost immediately with the help of the welcoming office decor, friendly and supportive staff, and gentle hygienist. My daughter loved meeting all of her 'new friends' at this practice.

We just brought our 14 year old home from Bulgaria, and she doesn't speak much English. Even though she freaked out the first visit to have her teeth cleaned (later found out she had dental work done in Bulgaria with no numbing), the staff here was so patient and kind with her. She just had 4 cavities filled under sedation a few days ago, and she walked right back to the room with them. I was kept updated throughout the whole procedure. When she came out of anesthesia, the anesthesia guy kept calling her princess, and they took their time with her while she was waking up. And they also put her in the car for me. The whole staff here is just fantastic. I am looking forward to many years with them with my daughter......

My oldest child was referred to Dr Bird for Braces from another Pediatric Dentist. She did a fabulous job on a complicated dental problem. I love looking at his smile now. She was fabulous. After this experience and the fact that she is also a pediatric dentist we have switched all 3 of our children to her practice for all their dental needs. We coudnt be happier. Her office staff is friendly, her assistants are caring. We can make convenient appointments. When my children need any work done after their exam and cleaning, I received a treatment proposal that was explained to me by the dentist. I was told my options and agreed to the recommended care. My children have had no complaints of: the filling of a cavity, and an extraction of a tooth. My youngest will eventually need braces and I am highly confident that she will make his smile as beautiful as she did my oldest son.
