Going to the dentist is not on the top of many people's Favorite Things to Do List, so when our daughter recently had to have her first tooth extraction, I was concerned about the procedure. Our daughter was extremely nervous at the time we arrived for her appointment. However, BRUNA, saved the day! Bruna explained the entire process to me. She also alleviated some anxiety by talking directly to our daughter and answering her questions prior to going back for the work. Bruna came out with good follow-up instructions and reviewed the specifics of our situation, not simply repeating what was on the Post-Op Instruction sheet. We heard her explain follow-up instructions for another patient, and again, she related the suggestions to the specific case rather than recite the instructions like a robot. Had no post-op issues and even had positive feedback from the patient! Thank you, Dr. Bird & Bruna.

My children love going to the dentist. Dr. Bird and her entire staff are great with children. They are extremely patient with children who are intimidated by everything. We live 40 minutes away but we like their office so much that we continue to go there.

We had a wonderful time at Dr. Bird's office. We were seen before our appointment time and I appreciated not having to wait to be seen. My son Nicholas was 18 months at his first visit. It was obvious that he did not want to have his teeth cleaned. The hygienist did not force him to get it done. She simply told me that he would not open wide enough to get the back teeth and she did not want to traumatize him. I truely appreciated her actions. Nicholas saw Dr. Bird and she was very informative. He also enjoy the school bus and other toys.
