My family has been coming to Dr. Bird for 10 years and we have always had excellent care! We also love Bird orthodontics and have 2/3 kids in braces right now. I have always felt that Dr. Bird treats each patient like her own, is patient with their care and concerns and makes the birdhouse feel like home!

If I could give zero stars to this practice, I would. My daughter went to Bird to have a tooth extracted due to a bad cavity that was diagnosed at her primary dental office. The procedural experience was horrendous from start to finish. I normally do not post negative google reviews, however, I felt the need to post to prevent another child from experiencing what we went through. The practice “dismissed” my daughter in a formal letter as soon as we strongly complained to both Dr. Bird and the Office Manager. We already had her seen by another dentist for follow up before receiving this letter. The other dentist uncovered another area of concern not addressed by Dr. Bird and proceeded to advise us of post-procedure instructions of which we were not given any instructions by Bird. Save your time and wallet, I feel Bird does not realize they are treating children not volume.
