My 10 year old had 2 baby teeth pulled and everything went very smoothly. Dr. Wong performed the extractions. First they weighed my child which I presume they need to gauge the laughing gas dosage. They explained the process and answered my questions. Then I left the room to return to the waiting room. In about 30 minutes, my child was up, walking, and they brought her out to the waiting area. The assistant went over some post op instructions and gave us a sheet of instructions to take home. She gave us extra gauze which we did not need. Very soon my child was sipping a smoothie. Later she ate mashed potatoes. This practice is very busy but I think they are professional and do a good job. We also go there for cleanings. Thank you!

We've been going to Bird Pediatric Dentistry for a few years. They have handled our kids' cleanings, a few cavities, and one set of braces. It's always been a good experience and no issues with billing. Do be aware that you can turn down the "recommended" nitrous oxide for fillings. For younger or anxious children I can see the value, but my older kids have been fine without and it saves a good bit of money. I do sometimes wonder if a less "flashy" office would translate into lower costs... but I haven't actually done the legwork to find out if that's a valid concern. Plus, I'm sure it puts the kids at ease being in such a fun place! Overall pleased with our experience here. 🙂

We have been very happy here for both dental and orthodontics treatments however, the wait has been getting longer as they get busier.

Most days it is ok but today - 18 kids backed up in their tiny waiting room. We were almost 45 minutes getting back. Not ok for someone who charges $50 for rescheduling if we have an issue
