My 3 year old daughter had a bad fall while at camp and severely impacted her lower front 6 teeth. She was in a lot of pain. I called the dentist at Bird Pediatric right away. They got us right in and took a look, took x-rays, and reassured everyone. They were so kind and gentle with my 3 year old. We have gone here for 4 years now. My son had to get a cavity filled and came out bouncing around saying how much fun it was! 🤷‍♀️😂 I told him we aren’t going to Atry to do that again tho! 😂 I have always been extremely pleased with our experience in the office.

Great safety procedure. My son was scheduled for filling. They took my son’s temperature before letting him in and we were asked to stay outside. They even gave me the pen that I used to fill up the forms. I felt safe with their procedure and attention to detail.

My daughter had to have surgery to fill some cavities. I called the Bird Pedatric & asked if there was anyway that she could be loved to a 6:15 Am arrival appointment. I was told be the Patient Director SHEILLA THAT SHE REALLY DIDNT CARE WHAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH & THAT 2 & 3 Year olds have priority. Ok fine. However I asked could we move her for like a month down the road and get her in at one of the first appointments & she said she couldn’t promise anything. I thought that was the biggest line of BS. If it was not for my child liking this dentist I would remover her from this practice. I think SHEILLA has HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT POSITION!!!!!!!!
