I was on live chat with these people for 20 minutes. gave them all my children's ,(3), personal and insurance info, I was told the insurance is fine, and that all I had to do was set up an appointment, and that all our info was in the system. I called them, and was told by the lady on the phone that she doesn't have the info, that she doesn't know how the live chat works, and that the isurance is actually out of network, and that there would be major expenses involved for us. I thanked her for wasting my time.

Due to Covid, there were some changes in the staff at Bird’s dentistry. My daughter was somewhat skeptical of the change which made it challenging during her visit for a filling. Appointment #1 did not go very well. I was able to speak with Dr West and we rescheduled but this time, I was able to go in the back with her. There was still some uncertainty with my daughter but both Dr West and the nurse was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you so much for your patience and support. It was very much appreciated!!

We had a great experience with Dr. West at Bird Pediatric Dentistry. The staff and Dr. West were great with my three year old daughter. Eased all her fears! Fun environment and we felt safe during Covid. Recommend!
