You have some new staff at the front desk since we last visited and they are very friendly and helpful.. Much better than the previous front desk staff who had horrible people skills and didn't understand dental insurance coverage and how it worked. I wish I could remember the dental hygienist's name from this recent visit. She was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. She did a Great job and didn't break or pop any of my child's brackets on the braces! I was elated! Who wants to have to be inconvenienced and schedule another appointment to get the bracket fixed ar the Ortho office because the general dentistry side broke something but can't fix it! Previously, I always dreaded coming to this office and often opted to have cleanings done for my child in the Ortho office instead of dealing with this office. Kudos to you all, on this visit.
