This is not for the experience with the dentist she and the procedure one of the better experiences for my child, but with the staff. Issues with insurance to the point I had to have the insurance company call to provide information. At one point one of the ladies let me know we had not had insurance since 2016 which was not correct since she goes to the dentist every 6 months. All was resolved, very frustrating that I had to do their job for them.
