Yelled and said “Hold her down” and was sitting on her knee and bent her ankle in the wrong way to give her a shot and wanted to put 2 years old under and also and one of the workers hurt my gums when she was flossing me we switched to Young and Poliet and there great.

They still use MERCURY fillings for kids! Insane. I asked them to do composite instead but the dentist said it was impossible because of the location of the tooth. I took her to another dentist who said that’s nonsense. He filled her tooth with composite. He also said he never uses mercury anymore. It should be a crime to poison children with mercury now that we know better.

We have recently moved to Lake Norman and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! We drive over an hour to see Dr Bird and her amazing staff! The facility is clean and so kid friendly. My boys get excited to go to the dentist! Dr Bird is patient, caring, knowledgable and also a very proactive dentist. My boys are so comfortable and thats the most important part!
