Do NOT come here! Rude, unprofessional staff that, to my utter surprise, does not fail to disappoint pretty much every single time you come in contact with them. They don't pick up their phone after 1pm half of the time and don't return voicemails. Giving nasty attitudes when you are in person. Constantly trying to overcharge- either out of negligence or greediness, and its impossible to get a hold of anybody to explain what it is they are charging you for. Once you finally do, after about a month of going back and forth, they apologize for the ‘little mistake’ and reduce your bill by hundreds of dollars. Literally. Not the place I will ever take my children back. Some shady billing practices definitely going on there, either due to negligence or greediness but I won’t have part in it. If you do decide to take your kids there- check your bills very carefully 🙂

The staff and dentists are very warm and friendly. They make our girls feel comfortable at their appointments and give us updates on how they're doing. The dentists also listen to any concerns we have and any suggestions to treat the concerns. (Our youngest daughter grinds her teeth in her sleep). Overall, a very good experience for our children.
