My kiddos have been going to Bird since they had teeth! The staff is phenomenal- always patient and kind, especially to my daughter who struggles with dental anxiety. We had a tooth emergency with my toddler on Christmas evening and they were readily able to assess via photos/text, and get him seen in the office right away. I can't say enough positive things about them. Even though we moved out of Charlotte a few years ago, we still make the half hour trip to go to Bird!

I have been having very good experience from last 9 years for my kids at Bird Pediatric Dentistry, except recent last visit. Seems like they have new hygienist who while regular cleaning scraped gums at two places and those have tuned into mouth ulcer.
